Charles Schwab Takes Aim At Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (August 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. has shot down allegations raised in a putative class action that it failed to pay overtime wages to customer service specialists.

Charles Schwab Corp.’s broker-dealer unit urged the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday to toss the case, and claimed that the two classes of national specialists and California specialists should not be certified.
