DOJ Demands Sentencing Date For AUO LCD Price-Fixers

Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 1:31 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors asked a California federal judge on Thursday to set a sentencing date for AU Optronics Corp. and company executives convicted of fixing prices in the liquid crystal display industry, saying the court should do so in order to avoid unnecessary delays.
