Judge Dismisses Retaliation Case Against Wyeth

Law360, New York (August 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge on Monday dismissed a Sarbanes-Oxley Act retaliation lawsuit brought against Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc., saying that the disclosures made by the former worker in the suit were not sufficiently related to shareholder fraud to be considered protected activities.
