6th Circ. Bars Suit Over US Steel Pension Benefits

Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit rejected an appeal Friday by over 250 U.S. Steel Corp. workers seeking to revive a suit accusing their company and union representative of misleading them about pension benefit calculations and inducing some workers to retire early, finding the claims are time-barred.
