Utilities Dealt Setback In Calif. Net Metering Decision

Law360, San Diego (April 13, 2012, 8:30 PM EDT) -- In a setback for California utilities, the state's Public Utilities Commission issued a proposed decision Wednesday favoring solar advocates' definition of a key term that will determine the net energy metering cap that the advocates say would boost renewable energy use and lower costs for ratepayers.
