Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 7:40 PM EDT) -- The judge overseeing Eastman Kodak Co.'s bankruptcy on Monday will weigh retirees' bid to form a committee, but even though the judge will likely approve the move — which has received Kodak's support — retirees still could end up holding the short end of the stick.
