Sills Cummis Partner Sued Over $112M Leather Co. Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (April 13, 2012, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A partner at Sills Cummis & Gross PC was slapped with a malpractice suit in New York state court on Friday alleging he botched a $112 million buyout of clothing accessory maker The Max Leather Group Inc. and caused the company's owners to lose a share of the company's 2010 earnings.
