Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 2:00 PM EDT) -- Beauty product company Coty Inc. on Monday said it would consider boosting its initial $10 billion offer for big-name rival Avon Products Inc. if Avon would open itself to discussions and allow Coty access to some of its confidential information.
