Dana Works To Tie Up Supplier Claims

Law360, New York (August 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt auto parts maker Dana Corp. has continued to work to tie up its suppliers’ claims, reaching an agreement with one supplier and requesting mediation with a second.

In a notice of settlement filed Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Dana revealed that it has reached a settlement of claims with Federal-Mogul Corp., a supplier who is also in Chapter 11.
