CenterPoint Dismissed From Natural Gas MDL

Law360, New York (August 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- CenterPoint Energy Inc. has been tossed from a wide-ranging multidistrict litigation in which a number of energy companies have been accused of raising and fixing prices for natural gas in western states, with a district court dismissing the claims against it for lack of personal jurisdiction.
