Fed. Circ. Trims Entergy's $106M Nuclear Waste Award

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 6:15 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday shaved a few million dollars off the $106.1 million an Entergy Corp. unit won from the U.S. government for its broken vow to dispose of nuclear waste from the company's Indian Point plant, bestowing one damages award while yanking back two others.
