Sierra Club Fights Freeport LNG Export Bid

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 5:36 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club on Friday argued that Freeport LNG Expansion LP's plan to export roughly 1.4 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day from Freeport's Quintana Island, Texas, terminal could release harmful emissions through processes including liquefaction.
