Judge Finds No New Misconduct By Pfizer In Celebrex Suit

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A Utah federal judge on Monday denied Brigham Young University's move for sanctions in its contract and trade secrets suit against Pfizer Inc. over the anti-inflammatory drugs Bextra and Celebrex, finding there is nothing indicating an attempt by Pfizer to hide or destroy evidence.
