3rd Circ. Upholds Porn Record-Keeping Regs

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 10:07 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Monday upheld federal record-keeping requirements for producers of sexually explicit materials, finding the rules monitor performers’ ages to thwart child pornography and have a purpose unrelated to adult filmmakers’ speech protected by the First Amendment.
