DC Circ. Blocks Implementation Of NLRB Union Posting Rule

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday barred the National Labor Relations Board from requiring employers to post a notice about union rights while litigation over the rule is pending, but attorneys say the fight is far from over and may end at the Supreme Court.
