Oracle Breached Contract When It Ditched Servers, HP Says

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 6:51 PM EDT) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. on Monday asked a California state court to reject Oracle Corp.'s bid to end HP's contract breach suit, saying the agreement resolving Oracle's alleged poaching of former HP executive Mark Hurd mandated that Oracle software continue to run on HP servers.
