Claims Against 5 Insurers Trimmed in Construction Suit

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 4:41 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday released a number of insurers who had settled a suit by McMillin Construction Services LP seeking coverage for allegedly faulty construction work and on Monday cut claims against another insurer that said McMillin hadn't paid its self-insured retention yet.
