Stand 'N Seal Co-Defendant Denies Liability

Law360, New York (August 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A company embroiled in the multidistrict litigation over Roanoke's Stand 'N Seal claims it played no part in manufacturing, packaging or marketing the controversial grout sealant, but only supplied the raw material.

In an answer Wednesday to the second amended product liability complaint filed against several defendants by U.S. consumers in the Atlanta district court, Innovative Chemical Technologies denied liability and demanded a jury hear the case at trial.
