2 Former CCI Execs Admit To Foreign Bribery Scheme

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 4:58 PM EDT) -- Two former executives of valve company Control Components Inc., including its ex-president, have pled guilty in California federal court to charges of bribing foreign officials to win business, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Tuesday.

Stuart Carson, former president of CCI, and his wife Hong “Rose” Carson, the company's former sales director for China and Taiwan, pled guilty to separate one-count superseding informations accusing them of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
