Zurich Must Pay Some Defense Costs In Asbestos Suits

Law360, Wilmington (April 17, 2012, 8:59 PM EDT) -- A Missouri federal judge on Tuesday put Zurich American Insurance Co. on the hook for a portion of U.S. Engineering Co.’s defense costs in a class action and related personal injury suit over asbestos contamination at a Kansas City courthouse.
