Bankrupt US Fidelis Settles WARN Suit For $1.4M

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A Missouri bankruptcy court on Wednesday reportedly approved a proposed settlement between now-defunct U.S. Fidelis and the more than 500 former employees who joined in a WARN Act class action after being let go in 2010 by the vehicle service contract provider.
