UK Mulls Criminal Charges In News Corp. Hacking Probe

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 6:05 PM EDT) -- British prosecutors revealed Wednesday that they are considering criminal charges against four journalists, a police officer and six members of the public allegedly involved in the phone hacking scandal that continues to batter Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. empire.
