Nuke Groups Ask DC Circ. To Nix DOE's $750M Yucca Fee

Law360, Washington (April 20, 2012, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Several nuclear industry groups pushed the D.C. Circuit on Friday to halt their $750 million annual fee to the U.S. Department of Energy for Yucca Mountain disposal site cleanup in Nevada, saying the agency hasn't appropriately analyzed the costs of the program.
