Endo Pharma Freed From 14 Suits In Darvocet, Darvon MDL

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 4:25 PM EDT) -- A Kentucky federal judge on Wednesday dismissed Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 14 suits in multidistrict litigation over alleged heart injuries tied to pain killers Darvocet, Darvon and their generic equivalents, finding the MDL court did not have jurisdiction over the cases.
