Judge Defers Decision On Kodak Equity Committee

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 3:29 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday held off ruling on a request by Eastman Kodak Co. shareholders for an official committee to represent their interests in the case after hearing objections to the bid from the debtor and other parties.
