Judge Cuts Pernod's "Havana Club" Claims In Half

Law360 (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge in Delaware has tossed out one of two counts Pernod Ricard USA LLC asserted against Bacardi USA LLC in a legal battle over the rights to the “Havana Club” brand, granting the defendant's September 2006 motion to dismiss a false advertising claim.
