J&J Faces Canadian Suit Over Surgical Mesh Complications

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Johnson & Johnson was hit with a putative class action in Canada on Tuesday over medical problems such as nerve damage and fistulas that cropped up after implantation of the company's transvaginal surgical mesh products, according to the firm representing the plaintiffs.
