Novartis Fights Magistrate's Remand Stance

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. has objected to a magistrate judge's recommendation that the court grant a bid by two plaintiffs in the Aredia and Zometa litigation to remand their cases to state court, arguing that the court should maintain jurisdiction in order to protect the “substantial federal interests at stake” in the case.
