Learjet Wants CenterPoint Back In Natural Gas MDL

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Learjet Inc., one of the plaintiffs that has accused a group of energy companies of raising and fixing prices for natural gas in western states, has lashed out at the recent dismissal of CenterPoint Energy Inc. from the case, arguing that the court has “committed clear error in arriving at its decision.”
