White House Security Contractor Seeks Ch. 11 Protection

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 10:24 PM EDT) -- A Maryland company that provides security services for the White House, the U.S. Air Force and other government agencies filed for Chapter 11 Wednesday and asked a bankruptcy court to let a subcontractor take over its federal contracts on an emergency basis.

TW & Co. Inc. also asked the court to approve a $1 million debtor-in-possession loan from the subcontractor Chenega Integrated Systems LLC to allow it to make payroll for the first half of April.
