Hostess, Unions Push Back Ruling On Labor Agreements

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Hostess Brands Inc. and its workers' unions on Thursday agreed to delay until May 1 a ruling on Hostess' bid to shed collective bargaining agreements, with a New York bankruptcy judge urging the rivals to resolve their differences for the sake of the company.
