Dewey Ballantine Adds IP Litigation Partner

Law360 (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dewey Ballantine LLP’s intellectual property litigation group has continued its growth with the addition of yet another partner.

Experienced patent attorney Jeff E. Schwartz, who started at Dewey's Washington, D.C. office last Monday, joined the firm from Nixon Peabody LLP. Schwartz’s practice covers the full range of intellectual property law, but focuses primarily on patent work, including patent prosecution, counseling, opinion writing and litigation.
