US Says Jenkens Juror Dishonest, Not Biased

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 7:32 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors told a New York federal judge on Thursday that four defendants convicted in the Jenkens & Gilchrist PC tax shelter case should not get a new trial because of a juror's misrepresentations because the defendants have not shown that the juror was biased against them.
