Calif. Panels To Mull Bills For Tapping Cap-And-Trade Funds

Law360, San Diego (April 20, 2012, 11:04 PM EDT) -- California lawmakers on Monday are set to consider three bills floated by Democrats that seek to make use of some of the revenue generated from California’s cap-and-trade auctions, but manufacturers claim these measures are nothing more than premature money-grab attempts.
