5th Circ. Says DuPont Workers Can't Bring Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit ruled Friday that a group of former DuPont Co. employees that sued alleging the company fraudulently induced them to transfer employment to a subsidiary it then sold were at-will employees under Texas law and therefore not entitled to sue for fraud.
