LCD Price-Fixing Trial Gets Split In Two

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 7:38 PM EDT) -- A California judge ruled Friday to split price-fixing litigation against AU Optronics Corp., LG Display Co. Ltd. and Toshiba Corp. into two stages, over the objections of the consumer plaintiffs and the three liquid crystal display makers.
