Refinery Standards Are Fine As They Are: EPA

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After a long delayed review of its oil refinery standards, the Environmental Protection Agency said Thursday that the health risks posed by refinery pollution are low enough not to warrant additional regulations and declined to change its standards.
