Whole Foods Merger Critics File Amicus Brief

Law360 (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three non-profit advocacy groups have filed an amicus brief in support of the Federal Trade's Commission's bid for a stay while the FTC appeals a district court decision not to issue a preliminary injunction blocking the merger between Whole Foods Market Inc. and Wild Oats Markets Inc.
