SEC Combines Suits Against Ex-Brocade Execs

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has received clearance to consolidate two of its lawsuits against former Brocade Communications Systems Inc. executives for allegedly playing roles in improperly backdating stock options at the data storage networking company.

Judge Charles R.
