Plaintiff In Target Uniform Dispute Seeks To Drop Case

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former manager at Target Corp. is looking to bow out of a putative class action alleging that the mass merchandise retailer’s policy forcing employees to pay for uniforms violates California law.

Jerome Burger, the sole named plaintiff in the suit, and Target filed a brief stipulation on Thursday asking the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California to dismiss the case with prejudice.
