Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 4:08 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama issued an executive order Monday authorizing sanctions against companies and individuals that have enabled the governments of Syria and Iran to use technology such as cellphone tracking and Internet monitoring to carry out serious human rights abuses.
