Italian Court Nixes $7M In Antitrust Fines On Toshiba, Others

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 3:52 PM EDT) -- An Italian court on Friday threw out the Italian antitrust regulator's decision imposing more than €5.2 million ($6.8 million) in fines on Alliance Medical Srl, Toshiba Medical Systems Italia Srl, Philips SpA and Siemens SpA for allegedly entering into an illegal medical supply agreement.
