Calif. Senate Panel Greenlights Carbon Capture Bill

Law360, San Diego (April 24, 2012, 8:24 PM EDT) -- A California Senate panel on Tuesday passed a bill that aims to help the state’s efforts to curb greenhouse gas emissions by setting up a regulatory system for carbon capture and storage projects at power plants and refineries.
