Conrad Group Drops Suit Over $512M Real Estate Fund

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday dismissed The Conrad Group LLC's lawsuit accusing a Hong Kong-based company of failing to pay it for consulting services it provided in the establishment of a $512 million Australian real estate investment fund. 

The move came after Conrad decided to drop the case because it was experiencing difficulty with serving the Hong Kong real estate fund's management firm, Agincourt Capital Jersey Ltd., according to a representative from the professional services firm.
