Agility Says $160M Owed Under Contract Blocked By Gov't

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 7:59 PM EDT) -- Kuwait-based logistics company Agility this month sued the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency for $160 million for allegedly conspiring to deprive the company of its rights and breaching a contract to provide food to military personnel in Iraq and Kuwait.
