Commerce Should Finish Duty Review, Chinese Bolt Maker Says

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 3:29 PM EDT) -- Chinese threaded rod manufacturer Gem Year Industrial Co. Ltd. on Monday contested an administrative anti-dumping duty ruling, telling the U.S. Court of International Trade it got short shrift on a U.S. Department of Commerce review of the duties.

Gem Year asked CIT Judge Jane A. Restani to issue an order that Commerce's decision to rescind an administrative review of the anti-dumping order and level the maximum duty rate against Gem Year was without merit.
