Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 5:04 PM EDT) -- A Kentucky federal judge on Monday kept alive a putative class action accusing Ford Motor Co. of installing older engines known for defects in vehicles, ruling that consumers don't need to show reliance to advance a Kentucky Consumer Protection Act claim.
