Pryor Cashman Wants Out Of Courtney Love Defamation Suit

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- Attorneys suing Courtney Love for defamation in California state court said Monday they will fight any bid to delay the trial while the rocker tries to replace Pryor Cashman LLP, which asked to withdraw as her counsel because she hasn't paid the firm.

Pryor Cashman attorney James A. Janowitz, who has defended Love in the defamation suit brought against her by her former attorneys from Gordon & Holmes, submitted a motion on April 10 asking to be relieved as counsel.
