Atmel Rebuffs AuthenTec’s Demands For More Data

Law360, New York (August 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Semiconductor company Atmel Corp. has criticized demands by fingerprint security company AuthenTec Inc. to turn over a series of documents as part of the discovery process in Atmel’s patent infringement suit over fingerprint reading technology.
