As NY Eyes Fracking, Foes Attack Economic Benefit Claims

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 3:08 PM EDT) -- As New York appears to inch toward allowing hydraulic fracturing, foes of the practice on Wednesday blasted industry studies that claim job creation and higher property values are happy byproducts of the oil and gas recovery method.
